Tai Chi

The movements of Tai Chi (taiji) are continuous, smooth and beautiful, in the aim of bringing the practitioner's body into harmony.

This is done by moving and breathing correctly, fundamentals for any martial art.

Tai Chi is a style of internal Chinese martial arts practiced by a huge proportion of the wolrd. Tai ji is famous for being practiced in parks by the elderly at 6am, but it isn't just Chinese grandparents who train tai chi!

Although it might not look like it at first, the movements of tai chi are closely linked to practical martial arts, and a tai chi master makes for a formidable opponent.

We offer a number of styles of tai chi, such as the clasic Yang style, the more energetic Chen style, or even tai chi sword.
